Kim Barnes

A Rockmart native, and RHS Class of 2000 graduate, Kim knows the local community inside and out.

Kim has a background in sales, and spent her “pre-realtor” life in the dentistry field. Kim, and her business partner, Ashly, not only sell their clients homes, they also find local homes to renovate and sell. This practice of renovating homes, has given Kim and Ashly a vast understanding of construction, and helps give them an eye of what to look for when showing their clients potential homes.

Kim, and the whole Armor RealtyTeam, make it a point to help educate the community of how they can own their own home, and work closely with countless individuals as they attain that goal.

Kim has been real estate since 2018, and began Armor Realty, with Ashly, in 2018. When Kim isn’t showing and selling homes, you can find her at North Church, where she is an active member.
